Absent Guard is designed to keep employee roster data, phone numbers, absence submissions, supporting documents, settings, audit logs, and administrative records restricted to authorized administrators.

Anonymous users may use the employee verification and absence submission workflow, but cannot browse, search, list, or retrieve employee records.

Protected absence reasons such as FMLA are masked unless an administrator has been granted HR access.
